なぜか引き落としされない事がある。

残高があっても、引き落としされない。

再請求をしない仕組みなので、処理が漏れたものがハガキでくる。

システム側でのミスをユーザーに押し付ける形。

#ダークパターン２（新料金プラン）

従量電灯から新料金プランに変えると、燃料調整費が約1.5倍になる。

ちなみに新料金プランはハガキ送られると別途２２０円かかる。

さて、ここで問題です。
